Can I connect my...?

If your device has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack or RCA output, you can connect to our transmitters. We can also include cables for iPhones and Androids. This means that your iPod, smart phone or laptop, can be used as easily as high end stereo equipment, audio or DJ mixer.

How long do the batteries last?

Both our Pro-Gen and LED headphones are rechargeable; when hiring, they will arrive fully charged and around 8hrs. If you’re hiring for more than one day, we include chargers at no extra cost.

How long does the hire last?

Our standard quote covers a single day event, unless otherwise stated.

When do I receive the equipment?

You receive the headphones a couple of days before your event so you can familiarise yourself with the system, and contact us if you have any questions.

How do I return the equipment?

We arrange for the headphones to be collected the next working day after your event. There will be a return shipping label included, all you have to do is attach this to the case, we do the rest.

How do I pay?

We require a 20% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance owing 14 days prior to your event.
We take payment by credit card. Visa or Mastercard.

What is the service area?

We hire to most places across Australia.

What happens if headphones are lost, damaged or stolen?

We have a standard fee of $55 for headphones that are missing or damaged. You will also be charged for any other equipment that is missing. So please look after our equipment.
